As this is completely custom and there's no chance to figure that out except of subbing a char and try it, would be good to post here what skills/pots/buffs are stacking, and what doesn't.
E.g.:
Stacks/Works:
Might + Greater Might + POF + CHP + Power Attack Potion
Shield + Greater Shield + Majesty
Battle Roar 6 heals on top of BTB 6 (and overwrites it)
Stacks/Works Not:
Blood Awakening + CHP (strangely?)
Battle Roar on higher BTB or Improved Condition
Mage Light/Heavy Armor Mastery (custom DN nerf)
War Cry + Rage
Magic Barrier + Iron Will
Add more!

Chant of Blood Awakening combines Vampiric Rage and Haste. Since CHP don't stack with Haste everything is fine in this case.

I think they could implement this: If you use CHP with Chant of Blood Awakening, you should get CHP + Vampiric Rage as end result :)

You're right, of course, thanks. Should be obvious, but I missed it. Still worth noting, as CHP is "stronger" than haste, but the combined buff has priority.
