Agreed to level up in fog from 73 to 78 for 75 donator coins. We had agreement for 25 dc 1st, and then he logs off.
If I could get those 25 coins, and a little punishment to this player, it would be fair play.

Had a similar case like yours. But there is nothing to be done with it. It's our fault to be stupid enough to get scammed like this. This is what i get from GM.

Well, I have a different opinion, a scam is a scam regardless how its performed. We had an agreement he did not respect.
There were scams where people got robbed just like this yet gm helped them out
Well as you can see in my screenshot up there. GM didn't.

i think he should be punished... for example in world of warcraft things like that get punished 100% of the time if you report them. so there is not even an issue... example : i boost you on raid at the end you pay me xx amount of gold. he says yes and logs out after boost instead of paying = write ticket to gm, everything solved and person punished in matter of max 2 days... i know its other game but its same concept and i really belive ppl like this should be punished hard.

So let's call all the people who get scammed like this, and make GMs return our whole adena and items. So this is how it works ? privilaged VIPs get gm's looking into the case, but when ordinary player asks gm for helps he says, "i can't help you " ?
i usually help every1 that pm me here on forum or in game,i guess some ppls could confirm that..

simmilar thing happened to me on shadow... i gave one of the 1st draco sets on server to clan mate for few pvps in arena and he just logged out... and gms never returned it to me even tho i had proves and all BUT problem is you must tell you want it back, he must agree to give it back and you have screen, if you give it on trade and confrim and report later he stole it because you for example changed your mind about giving it away it might be a problem.

I don't mean that you don't help. The thing is. As you could see, it was mine and his own fault to get scammed like this. I've searched the server rules and the scammer broke none. We gave him DC willingly. So it would be unfair to all those poor guys who also got scammed and didn't get their adena back, if you would bring back his 25 DC. You would also had to bring back all the stolen DCs from other guys.
I can care a bit less for the 25 coins but if I can get them back I would be greatfull, at least i'm hoping the guy gets a punishment. Would you prefer to still have him around stealing from people?

Also it seems that our server staff has a bit problem with the server rules, don't they ? 2 of the GMs says that if you gave him adena willingly it's your fault, and then we have Evacuate saying that you'll get your items back. well i cant just ingore that,track and xarion got bigger problems to fix,im more like in charge for helping players/testing and others game related things.I dont know much about coding and fixing on DB.If u get mind blown by that should i stop to help players for those cases?
You are clearly upset because in your case, for X reason you did not get your items back. Its not the 1st time I get scammed, and if I get my 25 coins back, this would be the 1st time I actually get something back from a scam.
This time, I took screen shots of our agreement, and I chose to report it. After all I donated to get those coins might as well try to get them back no? And how does that make me stupid to ask someone to sell me exp?

Well in my opinion that is. Gekkey deserved what he got. He bought EXP from some random guy, it was obvious that he could scam him, and yet he paid him. I can't see them both signing any agreement paper. If some hero will write that he will give me his weapon+10 on pm, then he is obliged to do so ?
If somebody will tell you, that after you will give him 1kkk adena on trade, he will drop baium on the ground, would you do that ? would he get banned for not dropping the baium ? It's all the same. And this case isn't like some scam shop, where you can clearly see the scamming and the scammer gets banned immediately. In this case the fault is at the scammed person. There should be no giveback whatsever
3.2 Any kind of opening scam shops is illegal (* double check what you wrote in title of the shop before putting them)
Any other way of scamming other players or attempting to scam via pm/trade/... is illegal and can cause 300h up to permanent ban!
3.6 Always use common sense. A GM or Supervisor can anytime judge you even with rules that aren't listed.
