So Rush Impact skill cost is 83 MP.
With songs: Renewal, Champion and clarity the cost is STILL 83 MP. (Tested about 10 times)
It may be related to the previous bug with black icon rush impact, at least thats my guess

works like this on all chronicles till god, tested 5years +
