Title: Dynasty Leather Weapon Master

I cannot wear dynasty leather armor weapon master on Titan, fix it please.

Also I think u should remove the armor restriction becasuse when we play on sub-stack server some characters are forced  to use armors they do not want, this applies mostly to fighters.

Keep restriction as it is, you dont need to put essence then.

Keep restiction but dyna light weapon master is bugged fix pls
