Title: Battle Roar won't work

Hi guys,

when I use battle roar, either the max HP or the HP rise.

Doesn't work when you have imp condition buff.

also doesn't work when Battle roar LVL less then BtB LVL in your buffs

I get the boost in Max HP doesn't work, but the HP should restore when you use it. And I qoute: "Battle Roar: Temporarily increases Max. HP and RESTORES HP."

I understand the first part doesn't work or stack, But the second part should work all the time. Thats wh I think is a Bug, the Skill doesn't do what it says.

It works in this way that the skill doesn't even get triggered when a higher buff is already up. Don't buff Imp.Cond. (and no BTB higher than your BR), then it works.
