Mobs at anomic are bugged. I doubt anyone will be able to craft any ic weapon in nearest future.

yeah I know their spawntimes and general spawns are messed up but you never know if someone has been busy camping them ;)
That person would need to spend really a looooot of time there and also get lucky. Not to mention u need 2 recipes, one to register, second to craft and it's still only 60%.

We reported that quest like 1-2 month ago...
So we can easily assume it will be fixed soon.

Haha I know how the quest works and how crafting works ;D I still don't want to eliminate the possibility that there could be someone with a recipe somewhere, if there is I want it :D
