Barakiel is a great source of PVP and it'd be pretty bad if people no longer went there.
My suggestion for an alternative is making it so if you participate in killing Barakiel you get a Fragment of the Barakiel quest item, and with 15(?) fragments you can trade it in at some NPC for the Barakiel quest item.
Like this you'll still have pvp there and any player can eventually get the item.
If you agree with this suggestion consider saying something to grab the atention of gms.

I'm also in favor of not adding the quest. Seems kinda off due to the chronicle, BUT you will still have PvP at quest lcoation which is near Barakiel itself. Not that bad. But your idea is kinda good. Like if you do 20%~ dmg to barakiel you can get the fragments. Not bad.
But on the other hand, it requires additional coding which is not needed I guess.
You'll still have PvP - not as much since ppl won't gather as if it was a Baium or smth anymore, but still....random pvp...x)
Also theres another plus for this (H5 quest system) - people will have nobless sooner (no clan ppl) and they can join pvps faster.
well then I suggested it I was thinking about like 300 or 500mobs so its pvp spot near barakiel anyway
