Here's a simple guide since some people from last server did not know about this "trick". Basicly a (http://l2j.ru/img/icons/etc_codex_of_giant_i03.png)Giant's Codex mastery (http://www.dragon-network.net/drop/iteminfo.php?name=codex_of_giant_dexterity&server_id=1&from_level=0) (GCM) can work as a (http://l2j.ru/img/icons/etc_codex_of_giant_i00.png) Giant's Codex (http://www.dragon-network.net/drop/iteminfo.php?name=codex_of_giant&server_id=1&from_level=0)
Step 1 - Get a (http://l2j.ru/img/icons/etc_codex_of_giant_i03.png) (GCM).
Step 2 - Go to a NPC where you can enchant your skills.
Step 3 - At the NPC press Skill enchantment. Then Safe enchantment.
Step 4 - Press the skill you want to enchant and which route. And then press the Enchant button.
Step 5 - If the enchant was successfull talk with the NPC again. Press Skill enchantment and again Skill enchantment.
Step 6 - Keep enchantig the skill untill the level you want. Note:The skill will now be enchantable w/o using any Codex. But if the enchantment fails the skill will go back to 0.
