i didn't have any loyalty box in my access the same i played in the previous server while a CP mate of mine had one ... how does it work is it a bug or what is

If your account was active and used during last Hellraiser it should give a chests, not sure which exact dates it checks the info from but it's only if same account was used on Hellraiser with a char you used (probably only main or had to be at least a certain level for it to count)
Had char on hellraiser (Sucker, sph/sk 77), played first weeks but still no box :-D

Server lasted 8 months or so, you played first weeks, i dont think its what loyalty means
Well playing on last Helraiser only, is not loyality but w/e. I just thought that condition for loyality box is char on last hellraiser, and if that was condition smth gone wrong.

i actually got my items and lvl in the first 2 hours when everyone was kicked because of the DDos and left i didn't last the whole week ... I'm asking track or Alanah .. i didn't expect to give the box and exp to the forum warriors only
