It dont work on ally, is bug or ol cant buff ally members in this chronicle?

Nothing works on ally. Aoe skills from ally are like aoe skills from enemies :)

why would anyone need ally when u can have freaking 120ppl in 1clan with full skills

They're right, it is suposed to be clan oriented not ally oriented.
