You will got no answer, its obvious since hopezone banned dn from their site. Vote abuse had started eent before server go live 4-5 days before launch vote was active.
Trust me its not allowed, you are abusing it.

Well i dind't abuse it and i couldn't. What i know is that people with dynamic ip (ip address that keep changing after refresh) could vote unlimited ammounts on Hopzone.

I guess the only solution can be to make a kind of gap. I mean if you kill several times the same char u can't take reward coins for 30 minute,or reduce the amount of them from 3(when kill is penta or more) to 1.

if the issue is so wide spread as youre saying, then yeah, ban them and reset the server. would be kinda upsetting to lose a week of progress, but id rather do that than play against full server of cheaters.
They even diddnt remove the votepoints from hellraiser2 Kappa
I know some ppl started voting (no cheat) with alrdy 80+ VC in their inventory so. Stop complain about it and start voting every day twice a day :D
