I got this one from TOP LS76. It should be lvl 10 not 9.

so far I know always TOP 76 life stone gives skill lvl 9-10 not 10.

So far when i get active focus from lvl 76 LS its lvl 10 skill. Can some1 confirm that its random 9-10 and i was extremely lucky to get lvl 10 on 3 other servers?

76+ stones give max lvl on augments which means lvl 10.

it has always been 10lvl skill from 76+ LS.
