i havent received confirmation code myself. admins just activated all registered account when I told that there is issue on skype. there is definitely issue with forum accounts. I am quite sure forum would be more active if registration was working properly.
Aperantly Balder have brought a lot of players and people on this network, and created many jelly around among others. Therefor, beside constant ddos tries, we have on daily basis more than 70 forum spam bots requests ( 1 of the examples http://www.stopforumspam.com/search?q=RobertRap ), and therefor we have to process all the accounts before allowing them to be registered on forum. Each (real) person that registers on this forum is approved within 5-20 minutes.
