I got a drop while at branded catacomb Triple Edge Jamadhr. When I came back to town the item was gone. I even equipped it at the catacomb to see what it looked like.I dont know where it went. Can you check the logs? This happened about an hour before this post. In game name is SignalZero.

Only one server? I ve seen this happen in numerous servers.
