I tried BR ones, NA, and main.. and it isnt my internet cause I already tested :-[

I didnt encounter any of that (slightly laggy only when wrong p. for me)

I hardly believe this, actually I can't. Only few ppl are having issues. Please use updater on a clean and fresh installed INTERLUDE client. Or straight download client using "FULL CHECK", placed updater in a clean folder..
Any single customization other than our release can cause you issues. Nothing is fixed since start? what? False statements are not helping us getting further..

I can't login either... I get to server selection screen, i've tried all proxies and I cannot log in.
I've also tried other accounts and im getting the same issue.

are you sure you are "ADRENALINE-FREE" client? :>

Either they are using client from some other server or adrenalin users

Most of the time I have no lag using the NA p. (North American here), but every now and then there is some delay where I'll press a hotkey a few times and nothing happens, then it floods all at once with each press. This is pretty rare though, one time every 2-3 days maybe. I assume it's my internet when it happens, it has been shitty lately.

last time I measured our fiber network was doing ok between NA-EU
Result was 79ms between Canada<->France

I have also sometimes lagg, it just freeze for 3/4 secs total and then it just continues.
With other games, I don't have this problem.

And why is the polish VPN allways better then all the other EU vpn's?
