Title: How to get Heart of Paagrio Amulet.

I did the quest from the npc WEST of Ivory Tower, i got Amulet : Paagrios Protection... not Paagrios Heart.

It gives random rewards if I'm not mistaken. You could need to do it a couple of times and get lucky.
