Nobless Quest (Barakiel part) - Alternative Route
Once you get to the part of the quest where it tells you to kill Barakiel, you can instead go to Valley of Saints and gather 100 quest items from the highest level mobs there (at the upper end of Valley of Saints) and once you gather 100 quest items, they will automatically transform into the Staff of Goddess, which you can then deliver at the quest NPC.
