I want to suggest to make tattoo not temporal. This is annoying to check everytime how many minutes you can use tattoo and make them renew again. Please make them as on old dragon.
Imo this tattoo system creates a nice dumping system of mats for late game.
To resolve your issue I would increase the amount of mats needed for each one and increase their duration aswell.

Hello, we keep tatto system as it is due to many explained reasons already. In addition, we do believe it is not a big deal to check expiration time either.
