You cannot stack Frenzy or Guts with Tottems. Frenzy/Guts is replacing Tottems.

Dont think this is possible, I believe the way they replace each other is by higher lvl skill. Since tottems are lvl 1 and frenzy / guts eventually get lvl 2, they will always replace the tottems but tottems won't replace the frenzy/guts cause they are lower lvl skill ... Tho if you have frenzy/guts lvl 1, tottem then will replace them.
