Dimensional Rift
First of all to figth in the Dimensional Rift you need the to have fragments of dimension and for that you need the quest In Search of Fragments of Dimension that you can start it in All Catacombs and Necropolis,
Talk to Dimensional Rift Doorman ( i think its this name , its a statue near gatekeeper zigurat inside ) accept the quest and you will be able to obtain Dimensional Fragments by killing the mobs inside necropolis and catacombs. When you earn these fragments, they will go to your main inventory and not your quest inventory, so they can be traded/sold. In order to enter the dimensional rift, every character in your party will need dimensional fragments. The number of fragments required per member depends on the level range for the dimensional rift you want to enter.
rift 30+ (21 fragments)
rift 40+ (24 fragments)
rift 50+ (27 fragments)
rift 60+ (30 fragments)
rift 70+ (33 fragments)
rift 80+ (36 fragments)
Once u have all fragments that you want talk again with Dimensional Rift Doorman and join the fight.
Inside the dimensional rift you will find various NPC that allow you to enter the combat zone (note: rift dimension is a safe/peace zone) chose the one that fits you and your party members (u need to have a party with 5 or + members). A dimensional rift figth will last no more than 40 minutes a your free to leave at any time. Two partys cant meet in the same room. You can repeat this any time as the RB spawns randomly and does not have a respawn time . your party will get ported to a room where the RB is.

Rift Post Recruit - level 30-35 (RB Anakazel lvl 28)
Rift Post Private(Soldier) - level 40-45 (RB Anakazel lvl 38)
Rift Post Officer - level 50-55 (RB Anakazel lvl 48)
Rift Post Captain - level 60-65 (RB Anakazel lvl 58)
Rift Post Commander - level 70-75 (RB Anakazel lvl 68)
Rift Post Hero - level 80-85 (RB Anakazel lvl 78)
RB marked as RED can lvl up Soul crystal, check lvl up crystal section in other to get more info
Aditional Info : your clan can get in party a spoiler and take advantage that the mobs can be spoiled for TOP GRADE parts and many enchants from lvl to lvl ;)

is it now confirmed by any GMs? We tried it, and it did not work :/ Maybe chance is rly low, but lvl 78 Anakazel made 12->13 for the first try (all ppl had the "Enchance your weapon" quest, but not all members had cry in inventory).
we sould try i dont have much time to try it out and i also need a party ...
anyway its 4 % chance (i didnt metion it sry) its to LOW.
Edit : i levled one 13 in Ember and one lvl 13 in Anakazel.
for the lvl 11 and 12 i dotn know maybe GM can give us a help and kill it some times :P
Anakazel lvl78 - I tried, and it really levels up crystal 12 to 13 (does not work with 10->11).
But this Anakazel lvl 68 is interesting. Officially it does not level up 10->11 and 11->12.

We tried it on Shadow, it did not succeded, but only 1 time we got to the boss (12->13 worked 1 time / 2 boss kills yet).

Did Anakazel level another crystal in the party or just yours ?
We had a Red and a Blue 12, and a Red 10 in my party. Both lvl12 crystals leveled up to 13, but for red 10 it wrote "Soul crystal refused to absorb a soul".
Have any differenc in servers?
So Dragon 15 same working like Shadow?
I think there is no difference with soul crystal lvl-ing between servers. So it should work on Dragon too.
One thing you have to know: you can be in not more than 5 rooms in Rift of Dimension (4 rooms, 10 minutes each, but you can pass one time). There are more than 5 rooms (I counted 7 different rooms, but not 100% sure), so you have low chance to get to the boss, I think even lower than any other rooms. Every round in Rift costs 36 Fragment of Dimension/player. We run about 10 rounds lately, and only 2 times got to that boss room. BTW, boss is really easy to kill. SK/SE can tank it in robe, even w/o Bishop (xx/EE or xx/SE is needed), or xx/summoner with TP can easily tank it too. We have even killed it with 5ppl, of which 1 was a dwarf (meeee :) ). So you need many of those blue things, and they are gathered slowly (maybe 150pcs/1 hour in catacomb with a 4-5ppl party, with destro/xx train it may come faster). But it worth it. The only chance for small clans/allys to lvl 12->13 (Baium, Valakas, Antharas are for strong allys).
The only problem with Rift is that its a bit bugged place, 'cuz we get many critical errors inside (much more than in any other place. It's annoying to have 2-3ppl disconnecting in party. When they relog, they are thrown out of Rift, if they are invited back to party, the whole party is thrown out of Rift.

If there is any wrong in the list, please post here. I don't know if Valakas levels 10 > 11, Amber 10 > 12, Antharas 10 > 12.
