^= quad
for example 2^ = 4 because 2x2 = 4
or 3^ = 3x3x3 = 27
0.66^7 = 0.66 x 0.66 x 7
corect me if i'm wrong^^
and one more thing
the enchant rate stays always same no matter if the weapon is +3 or +24 it is 2/3 (6.6666...) or mage items 1/3 (0.333333...)

x^y = xy
(2/3)^7 = 0.058527663465935......
Since there is no written samples, it should be treated as rumor.
I think "enchanting rate" is written properly on DN wiki atm.

12,52%
I LEARNED ;D
From +7 to +8 its 2/3->66.66%, just the same as from 3 to 4. But you lose much more if the other 1/3 is your random :)
From +3 to +8 its (2/3)^5->8.2% (12.52% if enchanting duals to +4 would be 100%, but it is not).

Hi
is just my opinion but im fan of overenchant and for me when santa trainee is on my server ( dragon ) the success rates go down ... i never failed 3 chance on 3 try for make one +4 on a weapon ...
But nice event ..for ppl buy enchant and use all coins for re donate after .. nice strategy .
Now , your client ( not your players for me ... ) waiting after server coming up , one day , ok .. but im sure i come back tomorow and is always down .. ok you work for server , ok is good ... but in the futur , dont make time in ur updater if you know the issus ... ( waiting more 1 day ) !
Bye and good job'
