Extra CPU usage

After this re-patch my L2 clients are using much more CPU %. Two l2 windows opened and it keeps my pc on 100% usage, sure my pc its not top.... its a core 2 duo. Tested on my laptop same problem.... unfornutely configuration looks like, its a core 2 duo.

Check latest update.

Is now possible, in the LAUNCHER, to choose in SETTINGS menu the LOW CPU mode that allows the game to run in background and use minimal CPU usage when not on focus (good for multiboxing on slow pc)
(Please FULLCHECK in case doesnt work)
