I have  PAL/HE lvl 80 and i learn new skill counter dash(with 80kk sp). After message " you learn".... bla, bla i want see my new skill.
I open skills but in  skills no exist counter dash. !!!!!! LOL , I learn the new skill but no have this skill .
Other problem : i want enchance my skils but when i push " enchance skills" all is black. No have any skills for enchant !!!!!!
GM HELP PLS !

enchant skill is disabled.


other part, for counter dash, it activates from itself when damage is inccured, simple words (yes, it was already simple but i am dealing with a case) => get atacked in PvP and counter dash goes on (as buff)

dunno if it appears somewhere, but IF it does is in passives, not in actives for sure

counter dash is in active skills atm and u activate it , and when u get atked it will pop up and give u speed... just do full check and u will be able to see it...
