Strange lag/freeze

Hi guys i have a strange problem, when my char is in place where is not much peoples i play normal, when i tp to aden or giran where are many ppls - my chat got huuuge lag and freeze, i cant play. And i discovered another strange thing - when i made myself a new char and then relog to my main who is currently is in aden/giran i can play normal, now i got max 7 chars and i cant play..  help me pls Cheers!

If you're From South America its Normal :) And there is No solution for it.

what is your pc config?
do u use max details / rendering /filters?
adsl speed?  (not what your provider says...... real speed :D     )
ribadiamo che siamo contari a tutte queste cose della parità

le donne vogliono la parità sessuale....ma..boia della vigliacca NON SIAMO PARI.
c'è una bella differenza fra tenere aperto il sacco e sbadilarci dentro

i was played l2 since 3-4 years, now i change my home net and got this sh1tty sytuaction, in other games i got ping 10-60, i can normal play when i dont move to city.

I discovered that my net got non public ip, is this can be a problem??

now many isp uses filters against p2p programs like emule or similar
maybe your provider see connection to our server like sharing service....
nut u should ask to someone who knows better this kind of settings

A friend of mine from South America got the same freezing problem and we discovered that the problem was ISP related :)

and if 25 years make me kid than its really strange.
