Can't take Bird in a Cage quest

impossible, i tried 10 minutes ago, and i was not able to talk to the teleporter underwater, under Parnassus (oracle guide)

you don't have to do this, go straight to the Parme under the wasteland, google it, and than you can continue.. it will take like 10 min to finish it...

we did that Q last night.. it's workin

For Anemonia - maybe I was wrong, because i thougt that we have this quest from LIVE ver server, but it nvm.
Don't have time to recheck it without panel ^^

Look i said it many times - DN is CUSTOM.

And when i'm involved in something here it is probably getting fixed or worked on to be fixed - comments like : NOT WORK don't help me or anyone from the people who work on DN including Drake. ( sharing info about the part where you're stuck or what exactly is not working is making our work way faster since we're not making the whole quest [ for example ] again and again )

There was times when i made 1 quest like 100 times just to get it all done since after the fix there can be more not working stuffs.

After talking to kanis for the quest, ignore the map's next location. Port to wastelands and target the npc Parme (she's an elf). Continue your quest as normal.

what about this , i spoke with kanis with four chars, after i toke quest with all chars i  came to parme and wanted to continue quest but , only with one char only on one char it let me to continue and on others it said some bullshits which i dont remember , anybody got this problem and some solution or its bug and just some chars can make it ? i really need it on other char ...
