Dynasty is set from official server, and DNET u can buy at donny.

check at some site about bonuses of dynasty and bonuses of dnet u can check at dn wiki(?)

Here are stats of dynasty sets made from crafting:

Dynasty Robe Set:

Int-1, Men+1, Casting Spd. +12%, MaxMP +257, Bonus:  Darkness Resistance +6


Dynasty Light Set:

Con-1, Dex+1, Accuracy +1.72, Evasion +1.72, MaxHP +418, Bonus: Darkness Resistance +6


Dynasty Heavy Set:

Con-1, Str+1, P. Def +4.6%, MaxHP +418, Darkness Resistance +6

With Shield: Increases probability of Poison and Bleed Prevention


Well on official server each sets have unique bonuses for each class (healer, buffer, etc...), on DN I'm pretty sure that doesn't work. :p
