i  used hig 61 and i take more skill of lv6, maybe with hig 76 u can take lv 10

Top ls 76 is wm lvl 10

top ls give just wm lvl 10 active and passive  not that one when u get damage

i think passive and active gives +10% and triggers +20%. meybe thats why. But ima not 100% sure

There can not be more than 40/100 mage crits  no matter if u are  necro sh or sps.Atm best is pasive wm  lvl 10 and u can get it with top 76  i used like 500 becouse i got 3 times wm active
