I just want to ask about Kamaels substack. For example if i do soul breaker can i sub it to inspector with horn or do i need do retail sub as for mutants ?
Ps: I had 2 years break from dn servers and i dont want to start kamael if they are useless.

No, if you make kamael, you can't sub it at all, and they already said, you won't be able to do it on Val neither.
