Bug Scavenger Quest Item

hi everyone...as u can see in the image i have the quest item, i'm lvl  21 (so the problem is not the lvl) and if i go to speak to the man he just say that i need the quest. i went to dwarven village, gludin, gludio, dion and nowhere works. does anyone know how to solve this?

ok problem solved. i restarted like 3 times and now i'm finaly scavenger XD
