As i see this new system is working but ... i read on some www   its like 3/5 % chance of all and yesterday i get warrior ability - haste  and its active skill and i can use it everytime ( this skill have no reuse  and cost 0 mana can use it 100 times in 10 sec )  Also i tested with my friend UD  as i read it should be 3 or 5 % chance but its  open like 90% ...

I think you should nerf all this skills or make it  passive like haste ( for example this haste no stuck with fighter willjust this one or this )

Anyway running ppls in pvp or olympiad with all time ud its kinda funny  or celestial all time.

are u asking for nerf nerf cuz you cant kill in oly.....
puffff i get tired all chars got nerfed cuz of your oly , CLOSE OLY and all nerf skill reuse skill OE etc is OVER.
PS: Should be? This is a sub system server if there is no official version from GM, there is NO SHOULD BE, this is how it is, you people allways compare this server to official is totaly different thinks

Counter Defense: 3% chance to increase P.Def and M.Def when under attack

Bonus: +20% P.Def and M.Def for 15 seconds

It should be passive skill, but seens that all passives r working as active.
