level is wrong .... you forgot on what server you play xD
here either lvl 81+ skills or stacking sub, not both at same time

wrong, check every site with class skill, check update list from lineage2.com under HB its clearly written

All Fighter Classes

    * Fighter’s Will: Increases P. Atk. when melee weapon is used
    * Archer’s Will: Increases P. Atk. when bow is used

So, config on this FS is wrong...

remember that it is Dragon Network and it doesnt work on Pal/sws etc etc. so dont expect to get it "fixed" :p

Don't worry I was report that before hmm 6-7 months ... and nothing.
I can remind you last 3 months of bumping on mana burn fix. So gl with that :]
