Those clans dont deserve more than sieges clan halls , each of them has max 2-3 members online and they are alt clans of bigger clans , there is GodsOfWar and for example WP that has active members and they need CH more than bot clans .

What do you know about the activity of those clans ? Those ch have been buy as well in a fair way, so if you are not happy the door is here ==> []
Not all of those clan are clan bots, and for your information, yes there is still active members in there... so even if it's small clan, we can keep our ch as well.

in my opinion you shouldnt give 100 dc, give back money they spent for these clan halls, they had their oportunity to use them when lots of other couldnt, now they can try get them again (bot clans) and others too
