about subclass quest (riteil)

hey i just wanted to know if any1 could clarify a doubt i have about Fate's Whisperer quest... i know once u get the raid bosses+red pippette etc u have to deliver a top b grade weapon to the npc in order to finish the quest and get a low a grade weapon.
Well my question is does any1 know if the npc accepts Valhalla as top b grade weapon? or it has to be Wizard Tear (i know this one has more m atk than Valhalla but.. dunno maybe Valhalla for the npc can be taken as "top b weapon" since WT is an IL weapon..). also i was checking a guide on the inet and seems that the npc doesnt take neither valhalla or wizard's tear and the only mage weapon on the list if u see that guide is staff of evil spirits (maybe that guide is outdated??). I've done many times this quest and i could swear the npc takes one of those 2 but its been such a long time since the last time i did it that i honestly cant remember anymore and i have always used SLS*SLS as top b weapon. Now im a mage as main class so i was thinking on crafting sov or valhalla depending on which one the npc can take when the time comes and i can use it until i have to deliver it to the npc, but i dont wanna waste adena/mats etc on a weapon that the npc wont take.. any1 knows anything about this? thank u!

Nope, SOV isn't a top B weapon.

Not sure about WT, but the npc never accepted SoV, not even before IL. Just like great sword. Both was the best weapon of it's kind in b grade, but neither of them were considered top B.

i dont think so on IL u can give WT, its from Gracia update... but ofc i can be wrong
