about baium time this week

hey just a doubt i got about baium, well my time zone is GMT-4.

Baium respawn time for me at website is 27/02/2014 at 00:51 (+2 / - 2), so my doubt is does the respawn starts tomorrow thursday at 22:51 GMT-4 and can go to 02:51 GMT-4 on the 28th? or the respawn starts today (26th) at 22:51 GMT-4 and goes until 2:51 am on the 27th? couldnt any1 tell me pls?

my 1st thought was its tomorrow thursday but dunno maybe im wrong and the respawn starts today 26th..
