If you want oly and OE the weapon too i would suggest go for two sets of weapons.
One limited at +6 for oly only
One unlimited (+10 or whatever you can reach) for everything else

If you cant manage two sets or feels too much "hardcore/waste of time", then simply stick to +6.

So make em +6 lol. Limits are the same for everyone, so sounds fair and balanced to me, it even should keep quiter the OE complaints as more ppl will now think twice be4 enchanting over +6 . Also +6 is more widely possible to get than +10, and this will help oly became fair and skills based.

u missed whole point, dagger got no benefit almost from enchanting dagger and it makes them so powerfull while gladiator,tyrants,warlords, etc need +++ weapon to see difference and enchanting armor to +6 is retarded comparing to weapon +6, same with mages, guy get jewelry +6 u get weapon +6 but u will do less dmg than +0 am vs +0 tateo

NCSoft does not use feature to block enchants in olympiad

They don't have our subclass system either...
Or average rate 10x (that means 1 year here = 10 years there)
