Server down?

What is wrong with server i can't log in

Server is up,delete your system folder and do full check.

it's something wrong when i run DragonNetworkIL.exe i got error " Socket Error # 11002 "
then i can update

i have lag on log in screen when i press login and nothing happend

after deleting your system folder,run l2 through DN launcher do full check and on setting select low CPU.

One problem. I cant full update, becouse launcher got socket error, i reinstall game and download patch again and still this error

I removed system folder, and run dn launcher as admin and still i got Socker Error # 11002
