We are still waiting them to put up our machine so we can access it via RDP. However we are still downloading backups , since 24h now. They have download speed limit i guess at 1mbit.

Once they give us RDP back, by the info from yesterday they said they will up it during the day and once they do it they will reply on our support ticket. I have tried phone call but they told me yesterday they will move all the staff to the Dusseldorf to solve remaining issues. So only thing ,as usual, we can do is wait.
