it just doesnt make sense, they can fix it in 1 working day, today everyone who have a job WORKED and came home already, WTF they doing? obviously not working. thats why they need some physical discipline.
I also work over the Internet after i come home from work, and I dont go sleep until i get what i said i would, doesnt matter if i have work in 5 hours next morning, if i said i'd do it I will, after 1/2 years i have 0 complains.
What im saying is, they need to realize and wake the fck up and someone needs to help them with that, its outrageous.
I really hope u leave a very nasty feedback on their host or whatever so people think twice before dealing with fckers like that

Hello,

we tried to provide a state where the server would be available through either rdp or teamviewer.
Unfortunately that does not seem to work as we expected.

Our colleagues in Düsseldorf will remove the harddrive as requested and plug it into the other server.
I can however not give you an ETA on this operation since it seems like a external HDD case must be ordered first.

Can you alternatively just connect it via eSata or directly inside the server?
We basically just need the connection for 1 hour, the time to dump everything out

I'm sure when you're buying/renting a server, you are not simply waiting a month for stuff to install OS, or whatever they are doing there now...

Also if they cant fix something in one day (LOL) how do they keeping their clients, this is just funny?
