Servitor hp and mana

dunno did it shoul be like that but when for example you have a servitor and you use his half mana or he get like 40 % hp hit so if you unsummon him and summon again the new summon dont have a 100% mana and hp  but exactly same value when you unsummon him.
So its a bug or ?
