SpellBook - DN Weight Limit

Hello, today i bought one of this books with Donation Coins, but after that i tried to trade to another character but it doesnt let me. The spellbook is not tradable, but there isnt any description about that in the book to inform players.

Is it possible to change the book to another account like i wanted to? I already have it learner on my character so its a completly waste of DC..
