Log in issue

I'm encountering a problem when I try to log in game. I enter my login info but when I arrived at the server list I cannot go any further. I doublclick, click enter or confirm, it doesn't work I cannot access the characters selection. Is there something wrong with my account that I'm not aware of?

Thanks for your answer, but I was wondering is it possible that my IP has been banned? because I tried to login from my boyfriend computer and it didn't work either.

If you didn't use any 3rd party software or similar no. You not banned. Make full check and try again.

Yeah I just tried logging in on EU1 and it worked, but not EU3... really weird
