pet items - dissapeared

Hello,

This is the issue: I haven't logged in since last week. Today I logged to find that my Fenrir items are gone. They were on him when I last logged. Today I only did a full check and logged. All the gear for my Fenrir is gone and i can't find it on any of my chars (if they were left on any of them, but they weren't) nor does anyone have my account info (doh, all my other items are in place).
Please look into this...it's not that I can't buy another top gear for Fenrir, but what if it happens again? It costs almost 120kk...

u had full inventory and unsummoned pet, and his items dropped to the ground

I had 30 slots and it was on my spoiler account, no weight limit or anything else. I never heard pets who dropped items because of that...I'll test that out and come back with feed back(altough it was not the case). I'm sure I won't get my items back, so F it.

if u had it on a spoiler, try summoning it, unsummoning, relog, trade it to your main char, summon see if theres items, usnummon relog, sometimes items become invisible on pets. And yes u can drop pet items if inventory is full,on higher chronicles they fixed it

summon your pet and look into his inventory...

I did it and still nothing...

Edit: first I did it wrong, and restarted without summoning the beast. The second I logged back and summoned the beast, guess what? The items appeared in MY inventory. Thanks for the tip and honestly , wtf?!?

Hello,

I think what happened to you, happened to me today, I exit game without to un summon the Great Wolf lvl 57 and when I log in back to game I found on my inventory only the food that was on pet inventory and the Wolf disappear... can we do something at this point ?? or it is just bad luck  

(My inventory was not full, I had no weight limit, etc ... no reason to disappear ... I had no items for pet ... )

because items are binded to character, belongs to a character_id not actually to a pet
so if you transfer back pet collar to master or whereever items were first time, it should be there

This is the case if your items disappear but you have the pet, but my pet disappear and I have the food from pet inventory. Hope to understand, my pet disappear when I exit game without to unsummon the wolf, so I can get it back some how ?
