I think exp. runes are important server feature that we should discuss before the grand opening.

IMO 30 % is too much for 7x.

Personal opinion. Remove runes for 1-2 weeks. Runes are OK in server which already started. It helps newcomers to catch up or level up subs faster. So in this way Runes would make sense after 2 weeks after the start.

But we also should consider following fact. Runes are good way for getting money to keep up project alive, but in the beginning 1/2nd profession donations should be enough for that.

If admins can, delay runes for 1-2weeks (2 weeks best option probably) would make all people happy. No donators get ahead in first weeks, and people who joins later can easier to catch up because of this rune.


P.S. I would personally add voting rune for xp/sp which can be used 1 time a day for 1 hour. This would help keep server on top in voting sites too :)

Not everyone has time to exp long engough like others, and then if lvl difference become too big, they just give up and quit.
Donation system is pretty much balanced and its far from p2w, nor give any greater advantage to players which are not donating.

I agree on this. I was just saying that if any change has to come, I gave an idea which I really like :) So far you do awesome job.

Believe it or not many ppl consider these runes as a p2w. On another server that i've been playing on there was vote reward 1x exp at 4x server rate. It was simple and server had many votes daily. The more votes server has the more new players who would join us spend their money for other stuff.

well, I vote for reducing % the runes give, but dont remove them! it helps project getting money and its definitely no p2w here. lvling in Interlude is easy anyway. and also, runes help casual players to catch up.

Runes don't pose a problem at their current state. You might want to lower the %boost but 30% is still OK. I wouldn't like to see other benefits applied though like drop/spoil chances, custom gatekeepers/teleports etc

In my opinion 30% isn't so much comparing to RU servers where You may find 50%... anyway on 1st week of server it's a significant boost for donate players.
I am always against donation however everyone know server need money and most money from donate came within 1st few days.

I suggest to make donation runes depend on average server lvl.
-First day 10% boost only
-2nd day 20% boost only
-3rd day after start 30% boost
-1 week after go live 50% boost.

Even adding ridiculus 100% Exp rune boost from November isn't a bad idea, becasue it will make server more competetive because more players are around same lvl. = more" frags" You have on epics etc. :)

It might help new joiners to catch up rest.

what you think of removing for 2 weeks at least normal runes, remove 2nd (6hr) stacking rune totally

make 5-10% (exp/sp) rune for vote from start, then we add normal rune 30% later after 2 weeks or so?
keep on mind: vote coin is not tradeable, we put hwid and account check on vote so can't be abused that hard..
lets say we put 12hr rune for 2 VC (12hr you can vote)

i don't want to kick out runes totally, however you ppl are right about it's affect on gameplay if it would remain like this, for this x7 is too much especially for donators on start
but I want to encourage ppl for vote, its good for all so think of some better solution
