offline shop did not existed

Back in 2008 I was in a primary school. In case you are still in primary school right now, then I guess you don't really care either as you can dedicate 8h a day to this game. Others can't and so if a change of 1 attribute in the settings improves the gameplay experience of a lot of people, why not do it?
