Acumen Potion = +33% Cast. Speed
Combat Haste Potion = +6% Cast.speed
2x Tattooes  empower witch = +15% together - 3,5% M.atk - 3,5% M.def

You mean, using 2x emp witch gives +15% c.speed and 2x -3.5% M.atk/M.def effect ?
Also I want to know the lvl of the tattoos.
