i cant start game,,

when ever i click start on the launcher I keep getting this wierd message "(chinese letters)prot.ini* i click ok then it says *CANNNOTCREATE PROCESS PROGRAM TERMINATED* PS there is no space between cannot and create.

if you have windows vista try to run program in admin mode (right click---- runs as admin), if not check fire wall
