Rendering at vegas!

Ye... I'm finally fcked up with all of this, al lot of time trying to copy some rendering of some people (even with screens lol!) and not to get any positive result. (Max stuff I got atm is 42 mb for 1:50 min of video at a middle-high quality ).

What I ask! Tell me your damn rendering stuffs! I mean, f.e. in Vikkuta video (1024x768, full details) he got an INCREDIBLE quality at an average of 27~mb/min! (I mean, im getting with 25~ mb/min a middle high at same resolution Oo). You know, my connection is not that good and I don't want to make the incoming DemiGods series that heavy, so give a hint here please.

@Lopes, I still have the email I sent u around, and I tryed it, but believe me, quality was totally a big shit (at least in my pc it was).

Another thing, I read somewhere that from Vegas 4.0, rendering stuffs are fcked up, is this true? Any serius explanation?

audio: mode CBR, format WMA 9.2, 96kbps 44kHz stereo (A/V) CBR   (i dont know a shiit about audio  )

video:  mode CBR, format WMV9, imagie size custom (1280x800), pixel aspect ratio 1.0, framerate 29.970 (NTSC), second per keyframe: 3, video smoothness 90


I think that's all, ask for more   
(btw my pc is a shiit but i dont know if that change something^^ )

hh  yeah  i dotn have time for learning ... but with nice programs with graphic tahth u can implement  in adobe u cna make evrithing what u want ( pro  movie effects)

Thats what ive been using, isnt that bad, but quality can be even better with lower weight
