Can't start game, please help!

Server really online, client really good, firewall turned off, antivirusine uninstalled,  l2 full Interlude just installed and  extracted full DN package .   This is  my problem (always server offline, can't push Start)
L2 full Interlude folder please help peoples....   Is impossible that my IP is banned?
