well making the convention in Poland would be the cheapest when it comes to tickets.
From Holland to Poland u can buy a fly ticket to Poland and returning for like 20 euro, well u'll be flying in some PL plain with an half wing and turbine with smoke coming out of it, but hey u'll get there cheap (if the plain makes it xD).

although i am from romania and on your own teritory is better, i think the best country to organize the meeting will be checz republic in prague, because i love the bridges and the air and all atmosphere
