Help| Launcher Problem

Hi,
i am downloaded the game and then i finish the installation i enter to the launcher then
i press "Check Full" and i see"file named ./systextures/arenamdarkelf.utx failed to download"
i downloaded the game again and its still dont work... then i downloaded the "L2"(51MB size)
its was "to be" the file of the check full and its still dont work...
and when i enter to my server (Arena 200x) i am still see the rabbit and i still cannot to see
S Grade Weapon and...
if some one know some guide or answer to my problem please tell me.

Can you play normally on the other servers? I mean, can you see Enhanced Mana Potion, Combat Haste Potion, etc.?

Not only arenamdarkelf.utx, you are missing some data files used on arena server.
